GORILLASHIP GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GorillaShip is a Limited Liability Company registered with the State Corporate Commission (SCC). All copyrights and trademarks are reserved.
GorillaShip Logos, Web Links, Social Links or Media cannot be used in connection with any business, products or services that are not provided directly by GorillaShip or without prior consent.
GorillaShip reserves the right to refuse services to any business or individual and reserves the right to close accounts without notice.
GorillaShip subscriptions are single use accounts for 1 individual. We currently do not allow multiple people using the same account.
All registered subscribers of GorillaShip services fully authorize GorillaShip and GorillaShip workers to process all incoming mail addressed to GorillaShip which includes opening of all mail and packages.
GORILLASHIP ACCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Account users must be 18 years of age or older.
Account information provided must be current and valid, Shipping address, payment information and personal information.
GorillaShip services must not be used for any illegal activity or violate any local, state or federal law in the United States or, any laws in the home country of the account holder.
All invoices, emails, chat logs, or messages sent from GorillaShip are for the account holder only. Sharing of such information will result in the account being closed.
Any payments made to GorillaShip for subscriptions, shipping costs or any other reason must be authorized by your own financial institution. We do not accept third-party payments.
All GorillaShip (non-express) invoices are due within 24 hours of submission.
All GorillaShip Express and Same Day shipping invoices are to be paid by the end of the business day.
GorillaShip is not responsible for maintaining client accounts. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that monthly payments are made on time and are successful. If a monthly payment fails to process. The user will have 7 business days to update the payment method for the account. If no payment is made in the 7-day grace period, the account will be closed, and the user will need to resubscribe to GorillaShip services.
GorillaShip will hold items in storage for a period of 30 days after failed payment, after 30 days your account will be considered abandoned. At this point your personal information will be removed for our site, GorillaShip will assume ownership of any items that have been left in the abandoned account and the box number will go back into rotation for use by another future client.
Any items received by GorillaShip for an individual who is not a registered client of GorillaShip will be held for a period of 5 business days. Any items that have been received by GorillaShip after that period will be marked "Return to Sender" and will be dropped off at a mail drop location.
Delivery of any item from any courier is not final until the item has been processed into the online account of the client. GorillaShip is not responsible for any courier who has made or attempted delivery of the items at the wrong location or address. All claims should be made to the handling courier of the package.
GorillaShip is not responsible for any damages that have been made to an item during transit. All damage claims should be made to the handling courier of the package.
GorillaShip does not accept ESUS marked packages as trackable items. Please allow up to 7 business days for ESUS items to be confirmed delivered after being marked delivered online.
GorillaShip clients agree to upon signing up that GorillaShip can use pictures of items for use in marketing materials, social media posts, and any other online use.
All GorillaShip competition winners including social media winners must use, claim or submit within 60 days of winning the competition. Competitions include but are not limited to, Free shipping, reduced shipping, no processing costs and free subscriptions.
GorillaShip reserves the right to close any account that is registered with GorillaShip for any reason and without explanation.
GORILLASHIP SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All information provided to GorillaShip on the shipment request form should be accurate and true.
Any shipment request forms received that does not have correct or complete information will not be processed.
GorillaShip is not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, duties, or other charges that come after the shipment has left GorillaShip.
All delivery times and dates are not guaranteed by GorillaShip.
GorillaShip will complete all forms on your behalf when it comes to shipping using the information that you provide to us.
GorillaShip Processing times are estimated and will only be charged if the times have been met by GorillaShip. If we failed to meet the specified time you will not be charged.
All invoices for shipping are due to be paid before the box has shipped.
GorillaShip does not currently provide estimated charges for shipments prior to being packed.
If the shipping invoice for the customer is not paid or is being disputed GorillaShip may charge a $15.00 fee to have the box unpacked and added back into the customer's inventory.
GorillaShip will not ship to another shipping or storage company in the United States.
All domestic shipping requests for customers sales or trade will be completed within 7 business days. It is the customers responsibility to allow that time for the handling and preparing of the shipment with their customer.
